Let’s face it—half the fun of visiting a U-Pick farm these days is the photos. Whether it’s the kids holding up a bucket of berries or Grandma climbing into a giant chair (don’t worry, ours is sturdy), everyone wants to snap a few memories while they’re here.
This year at Linam Farm, we decided to lean into that magic and create two new attractions to make your visit even more memorable: a giant wooden farm chair and a custom photo frame placed right in the berry rows.

Big Chair, Bigger Smiles
We’re calling it the Giant Chair, but honestly, we weren’t prepared for just how much attention it would get. Standing over 10 feet tall, this handmade wooden chair is fully functional, Instagram-worthy, and strong enough for the whole family to climb in.
Tiffany said it best: “We just wanted to give folks a reason to smile and something to remember their trip by.” And judging by the crowd at her 50th birthday party—where everyone rushed to the berry patch for pictures before even touching the brisket—it’s already a fan favorite.
So yes, it’s tall enough to spot from Highway 71, and yes, we move it with a tractor. But when you climb up and take a seat, you’ll understand why it’s worth the effort. This isn’t just a photo—it’s a snapshot of a day well spent.
A Frame-Worthy Moment
Next up? Our berry row photo frame. This oversized wooden frame has been set up right between rows 14 and 15—perfectly placed for natural light, berry bucket photo shoots, or a quick family picture with a backdrop that screams “summer in Arkansas.”
It’s simple, but fun. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t love a cute photo that doesn’t require a filter?
Why We Added These Attractions
Here at Linam Farm, we’ve always believed a trip to the farm should be about more than just picking berries. It’s about making memories—watching your toddler try their first blackberry, getting your boots dirty, and yes, taking a few goofy group pics with your people.

We added the chair and frame to make your day here feel more like a full experience—a destination, not just a drop-in. And with how fast the kids grow (and let’s be real, how many berry buckets get eaten before you get home), these pictures are something you’ll want to hang on to.
Made with Heart (and a Few Power Tools)
The best part? Chris built both the chair and the frame himself with a little help for design ideas from Pinterest. He also chose a vinyl logo so folks know it’s a Linam Farm original, and the entire thing can be moved with the tractor if storms are rolling in.
It’s big. It’s sturdy. It’s a labor of love—and it’s become a highlight for every group that visits.
Pro tip: Don’t be surprised if your kids ask to sit in the chair before they touch their snack bags. Or if your mom wants “just one more picture” before you leave.

More to Come: Why We Keep Adding Fun

So bring your kids. Bring your grandparents. There’s room for everyone—and a great big chair just waiting for you to hop in.
